Rye Flower Show

Royal Horticultural Society Banksian Medal Won by Lorna Hall

On Saturday 5th September, the Community Centre was once again the venue for Rye’s Annual Flower and Vegetable show. This year’s event attracted over 200 entries and despite the challenging weather conditions the gardeners of Rye and surrounding area put on a great show. With the completion, at long last, of the cycle / Footway linking Rye & Rye Harbour we must move on and get the cycle route around Rye under construction.
