Hastings Old Town Carnival Week is a mainly free event (that doesn’t mean you can’t give a donation!) organised jointly by the Hastings Old Town Carnival Association (www.1066.net/carnival) and the Old Hastings Preservation Society (www.ohps.org.uk). The Grand Opening of Old Town Week takes place on Saturday 31st July on Winkle Island and is followed by a full week of events.
