Dog Walker Spots Body on the Beach
A woman walking her dog on the promenade at Bexhill near the De La Warr Pavilion alerted Sussex Police of a body on the beach.
The body, discovered around 7.30am Friday 12 February was that of a woman estimated to be in her 50’s or 60’s has not been identified.
Police say they do not know how she became to be on the beach or how she died but treating her death as unexplained but not suspicious
