Chocolate Shortcakes Leave Egg on Tesco Faces
Tesco has issued a notice to shoppers recalling a batch of its own-brand shortcakes.
The batch of Chunky Chocolate Shortcakes (175g) with the best before date 3 September 2016 has been recalled because EGG is not mentioned in the ingredients list.
Because there are people with egg allergies, Tesco has removed the product from sale and placed recall notices in all stores where the shortcakes were sold.
