When the Hastings Beer Festival was cancelled the Icklesham Festival, based at the Robin Hood decided to book many top singers, bands and groups for their own event on the 25-27 July.
This has upgraded the Icklesham Beer Festival and despite a hasty reversal of minds at Hastings, the event at the Robin Hood, with it’s brilliant facilities, will attract a vast following.
THE REAL THING
(You to me are everything Oh! Baby) The original group, appear on Friday 25 supported by guest band 1066 ROCKIT MEN. Saturday 26 An all action evening with performances by THE BLACKMAN BROTHERS, RESERVOIR CATS and FEEDBACK.
The Sunday line up of THE SANDS QUINTET with PETE PRESCOTT, CLAUDIA, EXUS and SLAM featuring KATIE LLOYD.
The Festival features more Beers than you can possibly drink from the Micro Breweries throughout the United Kingdom. There are other attractions too.
The children have not been forgotten. Bouncy Castle, Face Painting, Hastings Community Circus and for the first one hundred children there will be a free colouring picture and pens.
Aside from the traditional facilities offered at the Robin Hood there will be a soft drinks bar and food available.
The Robin Hood is one of the most active pubs in the area, beside the Beer Festival they host many events on their extensive site, its little wonder they are so well supported.
