Appeal after attempted suspected burglary in Hastings

Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted burglary at a property in Hastings.
The occupant in a property in All Saints Street heard someone at the bottom of his stairs at 10.45am on Friday, February 19. He called out to them but the man ran away empty handed.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his 20s, 5’8″ of slim to medium build and with short dark hair.
