The marriage of Sophie Louise Stonham, daughter of Julie and Derek Stonham of Rye to Daniel Steven Crouch, son of Sandra Crouch of Hastings took place on Friday, 18th June at Leeford Place Hotel, Whatlington.
Given away by her father the bride wore an ivory satin bead encrusted gown with long train and small veil and tiara in her hair. Her shower bouquet was of ivory and lilac silk roses.
She was attended by her cousins, Laura Derbyshire and Hannah Freeman and very good friend Lizzie Francis, all wearing lilac satin halter neck dresses and ivory accessories and carrying posies of ivory and lilac silk roses.
Her two small flower girls were her daughters Kayla and Evie wearing ivory georgette dresses and boleros and carrying dolly bags containing teddy bears. The young male attendant was Adam Freeman, bride’s cousin, the best man was James Bailey, the groom’s best mate and the ushers were Peter Stonham, bride’s brother and Ian Derbyshire, bride’s cousin.
A grand reception was enjoyed by both families and many friends at Leeford Place. The couple will live in Rye.
