The Robin Hood at Icklesham was awash with good music and real ale for the Annual Icklesham Village Beer Festival over the weekend of 19/22 of July 2012.
Mike Andrew as the famous Robbie Williams, Bootleg Bee Gee’s, 1066 Rockitmen, The Luvverlys, Wasted and other popular acts made up a wealth of musical entertainment over the four day event.
Dozens of real ales of varying strengths from far and wide from many micro brewers across the country were available to suit every taste. There was also lager on tap as well as cider and wine.
The burger bar was kept busy dishing out the usual Hot Dogs, Beef Burgers, Bacon Burgers and Festival Burgers. Non alcoholic drinks were available for those who were driving and for the Family Entertainment on Sunday afternoon when the Festival supported the Oliver Curd Trust.
