102 arrested in First Two Weeks of Sussex Police Christmas drink drive campaign
Of the 102 people arrested since the 1 December 50 have been charged according to a police press release on 18 December
Among those charged was a British Transport Police officer based at Gatwick Airport with double the legal amount of alcohol in his system. Others charged include a school caretaker, a builder and a care assistant.
Sussex Police are asking the public to text officers on 65999 with the details of people they suspect of drink or drug driving or alternatively visit http://www.operationcrackdown.co.uk/.
