Speed will be comfortable for the slowest rider.

Each run speed and distance will be governed by who is on the ride.

David will be at North Salts Rye at one and will ride down to Appledore and meet up with the 1.30 meet at the bridge.

Any bike will do

Short runs through the winter and longer when the longer evenings arrive in the spring.

Ages 14 – 104 welcome

No one will be left behind.

This is the ideal opportunity to take up the healthiest and least demanding exercise. Good for those that want to lose weight, improve their health, or just enjoy the fresh air in good company.

Don’t worry if your bike is not a lightweight racer – Start with whatever bike you have, just make sure it is in good working order and that the tyres pump up and stay up and your lights are working.

Don’t worry about special clothing, most riders wear a crash helmet and something bright that can be seen.

Riding with a group has many advantages. If there are problems there is plenty of help to sort it out. Riding in a group also makes the miles much shorter. There will be experienced riders who know the country routes with little traffic.

Age is no barrier
